Customers and friends, we are proud to advocate for. We have done all we can to ship desired products to a state neighboring ours while closely following the clarity of the state’s laws. Following the most updated laws and demands New York state implements. Although the latest legislation has prohibited ammunition from being shipped directly to one’s residence, one thing is for sure – Target Sports USA will continue to seek credible sources that will enable us to deliver your ammunition to your desired address. Please take advantage of our current options, which will provide you with the selected commodities at Target Sports USA.
Please continue reading to verify how your orders from Target Sports USA can be delivered under the following criteria:
If you are someone who holds:
- TYPE 01, 07, 08, 09, 10, OR 11 FFL OR AMMUNITION VENDOR LICENSE
- KEEPER OF AMMUNITION / SELLER OF AMMUNITION
- LAW ENFORCEMENT, PEACE OFFICER, FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT
Do the following:
- Login to www.TargetSportsUSA.com
- Click My Account at the top right of the screen
- Select ‘Compliance / Permits’ from the menu on the left side of the screen
(ADD YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS 1ST IF IT HAS NOT BEEN ADDED)
IF YOU HAVE DOCUMENTS ON FILE:
Documents will show up directly above the
‘I am Exempt, Upload Permit Files’ Button
Click each of the ‘Document on File’ to view and confirm they are valid
- If the Documents are invalid, click the ‘Remove Exemption’ button and skip to Step #4.
- If the documents are valid – you are good to go! You can now begin shopping!
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE DOCUMENTS ON FILE:
- Click the ‘I am Exempt, Upload Permit Files’ Button to upload the required documentation to your account.
- Choose the permit type that applies to you:
- TYPE 01, 07, 08, 09, 10, OR 11 FFL OR AMMUNITION VENDOR LICENSE
- KEEPER OF AMMUNITION / SELLER OF AMMUNITION
- LAW ENFORCEMENT, PEACE OFFICER, FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT
- Your selection will prompt you to upload the required documentation based on your exemption type. Click the browse button to select the upload file, then click the upload button.
- Once all required documents have been uploaded, the system will allow you to continue.
IF YOU ARE A CURRENT CUSTOMER THAT IS NOT EXEMPT:
- Great News! We found a way to accept and ship your orders!
(We are required to send your order to an FFL Dealer for transfer)
Please work with your local dealer to confirm they will still accept ammunition orders for face-to-face transfers and the transfer fee.
Orders will be shipped to the FFL Dealer of your choice upon checkout.
